Third Annual Giving Heart Music Series Fundraiser Event!

This year, your $25 donation will be supporting  Feed My sheep charity, and the beautiful and talented musician The Amanda Brown. We will have G-Dawg Audio bringing us optimum sound for your listening pleasure! We also have our first Pop-Up Vendor, Clover Co. Boutique, setting up a hat bar. 

If you know someone who might enjoy our philanthropic live music event, you will receive a Plus One Invitation in your email after you RSVP.

 

The event takes place on our private property, so we kindly ask for you to read our house policies below and sign a standard waiver release. It isn't that we don't trust you, it's the only way we can continue to have large events. ​

 

RSVP below and then check your email to submit submit your donation. ($25.00 per adult.

Remember, your RSVP alone does not hold your spot without a donation.

We fill up fast so don't dilly dally too long in the Pawpaw Patch.

HRR HOUSE POLICIES

Private Event Only: This is a "by invitation" only event. Please do not post this event publicly. We do encourage you to invite friends and family though.  

Inclement Weather: In the event of bad weather, we will reschedule and honor your donation for the new date. If you cant make the new date, don't worry, your donation will continue to support the charity.

Event Cancelation: We would only cancel the event if there was a national crisis, family illness or emergency, or we have a lack of rsvp's/donations. If the fundraiser is cancelled, you will be given the option to receive a refund, or continue to support the charity. This is the only scenario where you would receive a refund.

Refunds: As with most fundraisers, donations are non refundable and are considered a gift. If your plans change, please change your RSVP and know we will honor your donation. We are happy to request a receipt from the charity on your behalf.

Children: All minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. please help us make this an enjoyable listening experience for other attendees by walking cranky, or extra excited littles to the backyard. A friendly reminder that the afterhours party is reserved for adults.

Dogs: dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times, no exceptions. Please pick up after them. if you forgot bags, there are some at the welcome table. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and you will be asked kindly to leave.

Septic Restrooms: Please be kind to our septic system. do not flush baby wipes, paper towels, or feminine products of any kind down the toilet as it is an enormous expense to us. Help us keep it clean as we have over night guests staying.

Leave No Trace: pack out what you pack in. You are welcome to place alcohol containers in our trash located by the garage. If you see trash that isn't yours, please help us by picking it up and disposing of it. 

Alcohol: We do not sell or give out alcohol. You must be 21 years of age to bring alcohol. Underage drinking is strictly enforced! 

Be Kind: We are known for our relaxing, kind atmosphere and strive to make this an enjoyable music listening experience. Have a blast but please keep loud continuous chitter chatter to a minimum.
